The plots are more complex, but they are trackable. But it made me feel strong, free and invulnerable. Part of the confession includes that it was Jon Karlsen, not Stankic, who fatally wounded Halvorsen.
The Author holds the excitement from one page to the next and knows how to surprise, twist and shock. A fantastically gripping thriller from the best-selling author of The Snowman.
The confusing jumping around was causing me to lose interest and I kept checking how much time was left. Though he still drinks but then again, don’t most Norwegians love the bottle anyways? He finds himself searching through empty, shipping containers on the docks and is nearly redeemee by a rare, but vicious Metzner guard dog.
The title “Frelseren” Norwegian for Redeemer is very appropriate because many of the characters were also important characters in the Salvation army top echelon, directing the daily work of salvation to the most needy of society’s unfortunate. Though he still drinks nesho then again, don’t most Norwegians love the bottle anyways?
A smart move to have a greater appreciation of the story.

At times, I thought the book was great. It’s in what he calls our ‘accursed nature’.
The way Jo Nesbo puts the twists and turns in the plot throughout The Redeemer ensures you newbo glued to your chair. Do what he asks and enjoy the front row view of not only the reveal of the killer, but also of the mastermind behind it all. Everything in redwemer novels matters and Nesbo does not forget even the tiniest detail to which he’s made a seemingly furtive reference earlier on in the story.

Yes, Harry, yes, I enjoyed this book and enjoyed it a lot. You can clearly tell when reading through his interviewed people throughly, tapping into different areas also adding parts of history to build the story.
